FlyNGo arranges airport services provided by third parties, including local concierge teams, lounge operators, airport authorities and transport companies. We are not an airline, an airport operator or a government authority, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline or airport unless stated.
Immigration, customs, security screening and boarding are controlled entirely by the relevant authorities. Our representatives assist you through these processes and cannot influence, expedite beyond the published service, or bypass them. Entry decisions and document checks are made solely by officials.
What is included can differ by airport, terminal, time of day and local rules. Lounge access depends on the operator's capacity and conditions on the day. Where a listed feature is not available at your airport, we will tell you before or shortly after booking.
We do not guarantee queue times, processing times or connection times. Airport conditions, flight schedules and staffing are outside our control.
