This policy explains what personal information we collect when you book with us, why we need it, and how it is handled.

Information we collect

When you book or contact us we collect the details you enter: passenger name, email address, phone number, airport, travel date and time, flight number, passenger count, any special requests, and the pickup and drop-off locations for transfers.

How we use it

To arrange and confirm your airport service with the local provider.
To contact you about your booking by email, phone or WhatsApp.
To process your payment and issue receipts.
To answer enquiries sent through our contact form.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the local airport service provider delivering your booking, and with our payment provider to take payment. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment data

Card details are entered on our payment provider's own secure checkout page. We never see or store full card numbers.

Retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet accounting and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@flyngo.com. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
