FlyNGo arranges airport assistance services on behalf of travellers. Our registered contact details are support@flyngo.com and +94 75 188 4031, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We act as a booking agent. Services at the airport are delivered by local service providers, lounge operators, airport authorities and transport companies. Their own procedures, opening hours and rules apply, and airport authorities remain solely responsible for immigration, security and customs processes.

All bookings are requests and are subject to availability. Payment does not by itself guarantee the service. We confirm your booking with the local provider and contact you with the outcome. If a service cannot be provided, we will offer an alternative or a full refund of the amount paid for that service.

You are responsible for providing accurate flight numbers, dates, times, passenger names and contact details. We cannot accept liability for a service that is missed because the details supplied were incorrect or incomplete.

Prices are shown per passenger in the currency displayed at checkout and may vary by airport and service. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. Transfer services are quoted individually before payment.

We are liable for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for flight delays or cancellations, decisions of airport, immigration or customs officials, queue lengths, lounge capacity, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
